How to Customize Your Blog Layout – List, Grid, and Masonry Options

One of the most powerful features in dSite Theme v1.3.0 is the flexible blog layout system. You can instantly switch between three beautiful layouts without writing any code!

Three Layout Options

1. List Layout

The List Layout displays your blog posts as full-width horizontal cards with large featured images taking up 45% of the width. This layout is perfect for:

  • Long-form medical articles
  • Detailed patient education content
  • Case studies and research
  • In-depth health guides

The large image creates visual impact while giving plenty of space for your content preview.

2. Grid Layout (Default)

The Grid Layout displays posts in a clean card-based design. You can choose 2, 3, or 4 columns depending on your content needs:

  • 2 Columns – Best for detailed previews with longer excerpts
  • 3 Columns – Balanced layout showing more posts at once
  • 4 Columns – Compact view for visual browsing

Grid layout is ideal for general blog posts, health tips, and practice updates.

3. Masonry Layout

The Masonry Layout creates a Pinterest-style dynamic grid that automatically adjusts to your content height. Like the Grid layout, you can choose 2, 3, or 4 columns.

Masonry is perfect for:

  • Mixed content types (short and long posts)
  • Visual variety in your blog
  • Image-heavy content
  • Creating an engaging, dynamic feel

It’s incredibly easy to switch layouts:

  1. Go to Appearance → Customize
